Shipping Policy

We strive to ship your order within the specified time frame provided at checkout (excluding weekends and holidays; for instance, Monday to Friday is considered five business days, and seven business days equal one shipping week). Please allow additional time for transit, as transit time differs from shipping time and may take an additional 2-5 days depending on your location.

Ensure that you double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for misspelled or outdated shipping addresses.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the package weight.

Products available for pre-order and those ready to ship have different shipping turnaround times. We will fulfill ready-to-ship products within the specified period. If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, you might need to pay shipping for each item separately in one transaction. However, you may only receive your ready-to-ship items initially. We recommend placing two separate orders to better track your products. We will communicate with you as effectively as possible.

All orders are shipped via USPS and processed in the order they are received during the business week. If your order contains a back-ordered item, we may ship items separately and will notify you via email for prior approval.

Delivery times may be affected by weather and other factors beyond our control. Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by USPS, we no longer have control over its whereabouts.

You can track your orders using the tracking number provided when your order is fulfilled by logging into your account.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package’s tracking number indicates that it was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and reach out to neighbors in case someone accepted the package on your behalf or if it was misdelivered.

We recommend waiting 1-2 business days for the package to be possibly redelivered by the carrier. If the package is not found or redelivered after 2 business days, contact your local post office directly to file a claim using your tracking information.

After filing a claim, you will receive a claim number from USPS. Please email us at info@1kbabes.com with your claim number, and we will assist you further.

Local deliveries:

We offer local delivery to customers in the nearby area. If the product(s) is delivered locally, you have 2 days from the drop-off or pickup date to return it.
